● Manage and allocate tasks for team members.
● Training and coaching members.
● Evaluate team members performance.
● Recruit and supervise collaborators.
● Check attendance and process payroll for team members.
● Coordinate with other departments for related tasks.
● Control service quality
● Receive and respond to complaints from parents and students.
● Manage and control the quality of Center’s events/club.
● Organize and manage classes.
● Regularly take care of students and ask for parents’ feedbacks.
● Regular monitor students progress.
● Ensure students retention as targets.
● Other tasks assigned by Center Supervisor or Center Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Good English communication
● Bachelor’s degree
● At least 2-year-working experience in control service quality and customer care management or one-year working experience with the equivalent position.
● Management skill.

● Be able to make plans for team and track plans.
● Teamwork.
